"Fees caught me off guard"
I got my tickets and they worked fine, so no issue there. But the fees at checkout were higher than I expected. The price looked decent at first, then suddenly the total jumped. I’m always a little skeptical when sites use all that polished “transparent pricing” kind of language but don’t show the real total until later. It’s not a terrible site, I just wish they were more upfront about the full cost. I’d probably only use it again if I really needed the tickets.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had a problem with my tickets and thought, here we go, this is going to be a hassle. But the refund came through really fast, way quicker than I was expecting. No stress, no chasing around, which was a nice surprise.

"Tickets worked, just wish the fees were clearer"
I was nervous using Vivid Seats for the first time, especially since the show was already sold out, but the tickets showed up in time and loaded into my phone wallet without any drama. They looked legit, which definitely helped me relax a bit before heading to the venue.
The only thing I didn’t love was that the extra fees felt a little steep once I got to checkout. That said, the tickets scanned perfectly at the door, the seats matched what was listed, and the whole thing ended up being easy. I’d use them again if I really wanted to go to a show.

"Seats were basically spot on??"
I used Vivid Seats for a concert the seats were pretty much exactly what I thought I was getting?? The section and row matched what I picked, and the view lined up with what the map made it look like. Tickets showed up in time too, so no stress there. My only complaint is the fees felt a little much once I got to checkout, but as far as the actual seats go, they were totally accurate...

"Tickets arrived a little later than I hoped"
I did get my tickets in the end, but they came a bit later than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge problem, just one of those things that makes you realize how much peace of mind matters when you’re waiting on something important. Overall, it worked out, but the delay definitely had me feeling a little anxious for a while.

"Tickets were a little on the pricey side"
I got my tickets without any problems, so to be fair, the process itself was smooth. The only thing that bugged me was how much the price went up once all the fees were added. I know it’s resale and that’s kind of expected, but it still felt a bit frustrating. I’d probably use it again if I couldn’t find a better deal somewhere else.

"Easy site, quick tickets"
Found tickets fast, filters made picking seats easy, and checkout was clear. No weird steps, no confusion. Worked well for me overall.

"Payment felt safe safe"
Checking out was super easy, and I actually felt good about putting in my card info. Everything felt secure, secure, and there were no weird charges after, so that was a relief.

"Am I the only one who thought support was a bit slow?"
Am I the only one who expected support to reply a little faster? They did help me in the end, which I appreciated, but the back-and-forth took longer than I thought it would

"Checkout was actually easy for once"
The checkout was quick and easy, which is way more than I can say for a lot of sites lately. No weird extra steps, no endless forms, no nonsense. Just picked what I needed, checked out, and moved on with my day.

"Tickets showed up just fine"
I bought my tickets through Vivid Seats close to the event, so I was a little nervous at first, like, hoping nothing weird would happen last minute. But the tickets showed up in my account when they said they would, and getting into the venue was totally smooth. No scanning issues, no drama, nothing like that. The fees were definitely higher than I would’ve liked, which is always annoying, but the actual order worked out and felt reliable in the end...

"I bought tickets and the seller didn’t send..."
I bought tickets and the seller didn’t send them until after the event had already started. Support just kept telling me to wait, which made the whole thing super stressfull. not using them again.

"Better deal than I expected"
I ended up getting my seats for less than the other sites I checked, which was a nice surprise. I always assume ticket sites are trying to hide the real price until the last second with fees, and yeah, the fees were still there, but the total was still better overall. Good deal for what I needed.

"Pretty easy app to deal with"
I used the app to grab some concert tickets and it was straightforward. Took me maybe 5 minutes, if that. I searched for the show, found the tickets, checked out, and nothing got weird or froze up. The tickets popped up right away after I paid. So yeah, not much to explain really, it worked like it was supposed to.

"Refund came through, but it took longer than expected"
My concert ended up getting cancelled, and I got a little nervous after seeing mixed reviews online. I reached out to Vivid Seats and they did confirm the cancellation, but it took a few back-and-forth messages before I felt like I was getting a straight answer?!
The refund did eventually show up, so I’ll give them credit for handling it in the end. It just took longer than I expected and made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not a smooth one either.

"I got my tickets, so at least that..."
I got my tickets, so at least that part worked and I’m not acting like the whole thing was a disaster.
But the transfer instructions were kind of a confusing little circus. I had to bounce between emails and the app just to figure out where I was supposed to accept the tickets, which was annoying.
Support info helped a bit, but the first email should’ve just spelled it out in plain human words. Not the worst experience, but definitely more confusing than it needed to be
